Q: What is the Valued Sponsor Partnership Award?

AThe Valued Sponsor Partnership Award recognizes Vizient’s most valued supplier sponsor company of the Vizient Connections Summit during the supplier awards evening event. Q: Who attends summit? Can I view past client (provider) attendee lists?

AYes! Please view the 2024 client attendee list here.

Q: My company needs a meeting room at Summit, are their rooms to rent?

AYes! We have secured full day room rentals for $7,500 which includes meeting seating for 12, AV setup with screen, projector, etc. and coffee/tea/water service. Please reach out for more information or to secure a meeting room onsite. 

Q: How do I purchase a sponsorship and what information is needed?

A

  1. Select "purchase now" from the home page.

  2. Enter your contact information followed by your companies' contact information.

  3. Select the sponsorship you would like followed by payment type.

  4. Once you hit "submit" your sponsorship is secured. All additional information is sent in the email confirmation.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Check/ACH payments are the preferred payment methods. We do accept credit card payment methods but please note a 3% processing fee is added to your total amount due.

Q: How do I use a complimentary registration that came with my sponsorship? 

A: If your sponsorship came with complimentary registration(s) you will receive instructions on how to redeem them when registration for the event opens.

Q: How do I redeem the $300 registration discount I received as a sponsor? 

A: You will receive instructions on how to redeem them in your email confirmation after purchasing a sponsorship. You will also receive a reminder when invitations to register for the event are sent via email.

Q: Where do I send my companies' high resolution logo for use on the websites and on-site signage?

A: Registration opens in May on the event website.
